Refund Policy

Refunds, if provided, must be handled by Maple Mountain Youth Football and Cheer, not through TeamSideline. Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:  

  • If the MMYFC District is unable to field a team in a particular division (i.e. 3rd grade), a full refund will be given to every participant signed up for that division. If the MMYFC District is unable to meet minimum requirements for fielding two or more teams, i.e. not enough coaches, not enough players a full refund will be given to everyone that was not placed on a team. (team placement is determined by registration date)  

Football:

  • If a player drops prior to June 1, a full refund less a $25 processing fee will be given. Late fees are non-refundable
  • If a player drops after June 1 they will receive a 50% refund
  • After July 24, no refund will be given
  • Late fees, Add On donations, and a $25 processing fee are not refundable. In all circumstances, any equipment issued to a player must be returned before any refund will be processed

Cheer:

  • A full refund minus $25 processing fee prior to April 6
  • A 50% refund prior to fitting day April 29, no refund after April 29
  • Late fees, Add On donations, and a $25 processing fee are not refundable.
